Redick is starting to find that rhythm after a few years of warming the bench. Last night Redick came away with 20 points on 7-9 shooting and helped the Magic take down the Jazz.

How sweet it is. After ending the season with a L at the Tarholes, we managed to make it to the finals while the Heels were left soaking a big toe. I’m surprised the Heels couldn’t step it up with their key player out and Ellington did try but to no avail.
The Devils pretty much cruised to the victory were it not for a few runs by the Noles which got the crowd a little into it. Scheyer played awesome as did the other 2 of the big three. Henderson and Singler. I loved the thrashing drive by Nolan in the first half with the authoritative dunk!
We lost, we suck down below. It was a repeat of last year, and the year before. But I knew we couldn’t make it 40 minutes wthout seeing the Hansbrough Flop.

So why am I posting about Hansbrough’s Flop? Because as you see exactly how much I get to tend to this blog, I like to check out the keyphrases folks use to come here. You can guess where I get the most attention. “Hansbrough flop”
I wish we had a big man that could flop…in fact I just wish we had a big man period!
I haven’t posted Redick information in quite a while. Mainly because I believe he needs to get the hell out of Orlando. He was in a shooting slump early this year but seems to have found the touch in the last few games, contributing in several plus 10 points totals.
The most recent was against the Kings were Redick nailed down 4 3-ptrs to help the Magic achieve a record 23 3 pointers.
Congrats Redick, and heres to hoping that “ups” your trade value even more. http://www.orlandosentinel.com/sports/basketball/magic/orl-magic1409jan14,0,2745891.story
Nothing makes me happier than watching the Tarholes fan base grumpy on a Monday morning..unless its Duke handing them the loss. The Tarheels fanbase avoided all calls, ignored all jokes because they (the fans) just can’t stand it. The team that was hyped to go undefeated in ‘09 has not dropped two in a row in the ACC. I love it!
The game was quickly getting away from the refs early on but they must have had a quick pow wow. Its the most physical game I’ve seen Duke play this season and it won’t be the last. As teams are under manned and outplayed by Duke, they have to resort to two tactics: playing more physical and finding ways to get into the head of Duke players. The two go hand in hand obviously and thats exactly what FSU tried to do.
Fortunately Duke wasn’t having any of it. FSU did a farely decent job at keeping the Devils to a low point total at the half but Duke did the same. Gerald Henderson finally played like he should be playing his entire career at Duke. The Devils quickly pulled away in the second half.
FSU made a run late as Duke was having troubles at the line, but the big lead was too much for the Seminoles to handle.
I’m looking forward to the UNC/Wake game tonight. It would awesome if they start out 0-2 in the conference
